Episode 18 - Grief Over The Holidays
While the holidays can bring joy and gatherings, it can also be a time of loneliness and grief. Alex is back to talk about the different types of grief we can experience during the holidays.
We talk about what grief can look like, how we can take care of ourselves when we are feeling sad, as well as how others around you can support you as you grief. We share our experience of grief, changing traditions and normalize the different ways people can grieve.
This is our last episode of 2024! We will be taking a 2 week break over the holidays and will be back with new episode in the new year! Thanks for listening, we hope you have a gentle holiday season.
